The process system breakdown act as the basis for the commissioning planning. With the use of Completions software, the coordinator can report on working package level and process breakdown level. This gives construction management steering information, to steer on completion of process systems. This results in time advantages in the planning!

We offer provide with use of the completion software 24/7 project progress reports and punch item reports of the mechanical completion and commissioning status. The completion status per process system gives the workload and planning for the commissioning team.

During the first half year of 2014, several minor and major maintenance activities and projects had been planned on the site of Huntsman in Botlek. Part of these activities will be executed during two planned shutdowns at the following production units: MDI and Poyolen.
