Consultancy and implementation of a Mechanical Completion procedure for corporate use including the set-up of a project completion management tool. During this period the MC procedure and the corporate PCM system was used for all Schiedam projects followed by the Czech, Chinese and Brazilian projects. Also the Huisman staff was educated to take over the operational tasks regarding project completion management.
