A turnaround, large or small, is a always a big event for you as a plant owner. A turnaround is not something you do next to your daily business. The pressure on the maintenance organization and operations is usually big. Another challenge is the amount of projects that are carried out during the turnaround.

ECC Solutions has specialists who advise you on how to handle a turnaround while maintaining your way of working and information systems.

The basis of the work method is Completion Management, complemented by the Turnaround module. The ECC specialist prepares a work method that defines workflows, planning and procedures. During the work preparation, implementation and commissioning, the ECC specialist will provide the Turnaround team and project team with actual validated progress and steering information, in order to adjust the project in a timely manner when necessary.

With the software we can import clients asset data from the maintenance management systems like SAP, Ultimo or Maximo. With this data and the P&ID's, a set-up will be made for the turnaround and the projects. The result is an integral overview and 24/7 actual reporting with validated data from the system. At the end of the project, the relevant data can be uploaded to the client's maintenance system. 

ECC Solutions believes in integrated teams, in which the ECC specialist takes place in the Steering board. In addition to above, we can provide resources for work preparation, document control, safety supervision, construction supervision, primavera schedulers, quality inspectors and commissioning technicians.

During plant turnaround a new DCS sytem was implemented on the production facility of Ashland in Zwijndrecht. ECC Solution supported Ashland with the set-up of workmethods for the execution of the tunraround and DCS project. During commissioning phase ECC Solutions supported commissioning management with commissiong technicians.
