EPZ Borssele implemented a new control system during plant shutdown of summer 2017. The project was part of the lifetime extension program of the nuclear facility in Borssele.

ECC solutions executed the project completion management based on workpacks and managed the punch items for construction and pre-commissioning phase.

Notified bodies complemented ECC Solutions with there working methods and the handover results.

The OPTARA project, involved the installation of a new solvent de-asphalting unit and a mild hydrocracking unit at the refinery to convert heavy fuel oil into desulphurised diesel and ultra-low, sulphur heating oil. The existing atmospheric residue desulphurisation unit was also being upgraded as part of the project. ECC Solutions executed on behalf of Actemium Netherlands the complete coordination and execution of the loopchecking. During start-up ECC Solutions delivered start-up assistance.
